Microsoft Office & OneDrive
Get a free copy of Microsoft Office: /microsoft
Store your files and documents on Microsoft OneDrive with 1 TB of free storage. OneDrive can be accessed after you login to your College email account @ . Once you login, click on the “App launcher” on the top left and click “OneDrive.”
Adobe Software
Adobe announces free temporary licenses for Adobe Creative Cloud for students to work at home on their own PC or Mac. Link - temporary licenses are currently set to expire May 31st.
Wi-Fi & Internet Services
Altice USA & Optimum are offering free Wi-Fi for students (*conditions apply). To enroll in Optimum's free service, call 866-200-9522, or go to

Verizon announced it would not charge or disconnect accounts for an indefinite amount of time.

Cyber Security Tips
IT Services has seen an increase in phishing and social engineering scams due to the coronavirus situation. IT services advises the College community to remain vigilant for scams related to COVID-19. Cyber actors may send emails with malicious attachments or links to fraudulent websites to trick victims into revealing sensitive information or donating to fraudulent charities or causes. Please exercise caution in handling any email with a coronavirus or COVID-19-related subject line, attachment, or hyperlink, and be wary of social media pleas, texts, or calls related to coronavirus or COVID-19.
IT Services encourages the following precautions:
- Avoid clicking on links in unsolicited emails and be wary of email attachments. See and for more information.
- Use trusted sources — such as legitimate, — for up-to-date, fact-based information about coronavirus. See for a list of trusted sites.
- Do not reveal personal or financial information in email, and do not respond to email solicitations for this information.
