Your Bill

How much do I actually have to pay?

When is my tuition bill due? Do I have payment options? We get that there鈥檚 a few questions that come along with your tuition bill, so we want to break it all down for you and go over your options.

Understanding Your Bill

What do I actually have to pay?

1.   TERM CHARGES include your total tuition and fees for the term. On-campus housing charges will also appear here.
2.The PAYMENTS and FINANCIAL AID section shows payments you鈥檝e already made (including enrollment deposits) and your current financial aid awards.

Financial aid awards will pay to your account once the term has started and you鈥檝e been confirmed as attending your classes, and after you鈥檝e submitted any necessary documents to the financial aid office.
3.BALANCE DUE = Term Charges minus Payments & Aid plus any previous balance.
4.The DUE DATE is shown at the bottom of the bill. That鈥檚 the date that you need to have your balance fully covered using payments, financial aid, loans, or any combination of the three.

What are my payment options?

Other Billing Information

Your financial aid is estimated based on the information you provided on the FAFSA. It may change if you are required to submit verification documents to Student Financial Services that show different information than what was originally provided. It may also change for other reasons, for example, if you received money from outside sources or your enrollment changes. Contact Student Financial Services if you have any questions about pending aid.

If you have financial aid funds that exceed the charges on your student account at the time of disbursement, you will receive a refund, which may be used to pay other educationally related expenses such as books.

Vouchers are available by request to students who have an excess of financial aid funding after paying tuition and fees. Student must have submitted all of the required documentation. The voucher is valid at B次元 Bookstore 24 hours from the date of the request (up to 10 days prior to the first day of class).
